The project began by reimagining Starbucks through a Halloween-inspired seasonal identity.
I first established the creative direction by defining key themes and a color palette that captured the playful and spooky atmosphere of Halloween. Based on this foundation, I designed original characters and developed signature beverages inspired by each character's personality. To further strengthen the concept, I redesigned the Starbucks logo to align with the Halloween theme while maintaining brand recognition.

재해석하는 것에서 시작되었습니다.
먼저 할로윈을 대표하는 키워드와 컬러 팔레트를
정의하여 전체적인 비주얼 방향성을 설정했습니다.
이후 프로젝트의 중심이 되는 오리지널 캐릭터를
디자인하고, 각 캐릭터의 특징을 반영한
시그니처 음료를 개발했습니다. 또한 기존 스타벅스
로고를 할로윈 컨셉에 맞게 리디자인하여
브랜드 아이덴티티를 확장했습니다.

<Work Process / 작업 과정>
During production, I created all assets in 3D and applied a unified plastic-like material across the project to ensure visual consistency. After establishing the world-building, I developed a storyline that introduced the universe and guided the narrative of the project. Character animations, product animations, and dynamic camera movements were then developed to bring the world to life. For the final stage, I generated custom background music using an AI music platform based on the project's mood boards and keywords. The piece was completed through compositing and color grading in After Effects, followed by the creation of a custom 2D logo animation to reinforce the overall brand experience.
비주얼 제작 단계에서는 모든 오브젝트를 3D로 모델링하고, 통일감 있는 세계관을 구축하기 위해 플라스틱 소재 기반의 텍스처를 적용했습니다. 세계관을 구축한 뒤 세계관을 설명하는 스토리라인을 작성하였습니다. 이후 캐릭터와 제품 애니메이션, 카메라 무빙을 제작하여 장면에 생동감을 더했습니다. 최종적으로 무드보드와 프로젝트 키워드를 기반으로 AI 음악 생성 툴을 활용해 배경 음악을 제작했으며, After Effects에서 컴포지팅과 컬러 그레이딩을 진행한 뒤 2D 로고 애니메이션을 추가하여 프로젝트를 마무리했습니다.
<Storyline>
At 11:59PM on the night before Halloween, an empty Starbucks sits in silence until monsters and wandering ghosts, drawn to the cafe, begin to appear.
Then the cuckoo clock strikes midnight, signaling the start of Halloween.
The ghosts wandering in Starbucks suddenly turn into new Halloween conceptual drinks.
할로윈 하루 전 어두운 밤 11시 59분 고요함만이가득한 스타벅스 안, 몬스터들이 등장하자 소란스러워진다. 뻐꾸기 시계가 밤 12시를 가리키며
울림과 동시에 할로윈이 시작된다. 스타벅스를 휘젓고 다니던 몬스터들은 시계가 울리자 밝은 빛과 함께 할로윈 시즌 음료들로 변신한다.

Storyline
At 11:50 pm on the night before Halloween, an empty Starbucks sits in silence
- until monsters and wandering ghosts, drawn to the cafe, begin to appear.
When the cuckoo clock strikes midnight, signaling the start of Halloween,
the menu board showcasing new Halloween drinks suddenly glows.
The light pulls the ghosts inside, transforming,
them into Halloween-inspired conceptual drinks infused with their colors and personalities.
As the store returns to stillness, only three mysterious drinks remain-waiting to be discovered when the doors open again.
